We invite you to our new Family & Caregiver Support Group where we will discuss the unique needs of caregivers and the demands that can be overwhelming. Learn to identify the signs and symptoms of caregiver stress and burnout, as well as effective strategies for self-care, setting boundaries, and knowing when to get additional help. Our support group offers a confidential and non-judgmental setting for sharing your own caregiving experiences and learning from others.

JEANNIE FINNEGAN, CDP As a Care Manager, Guest Speaker, and Certified Dementia Practitioner with Stanton Aging Solutions, Jeannie has over 16 years’ experience in senior care. She offers inspirational talks, educational seminars, staff training, and facilitates caregiver support groups. In 2019, she published her first book: The Miracle of Music – Stories of Hope, Understanding, and Inspiration, based on her work with music in long-term care.
