• you mentioned smart lighting.  Are you controlling at the individual bulb level or in groujps with control at the wall switch?
• Can I ask roughly how much it cost to remodel the home like this?
• With respect to control of lights, thermostat, fans, etc do you utilize voice control (Alexa, Siri etc) or do you limit to tablet or phone control?
• The skylights are cool, how do they work? Are they just big screens in the ceiling?
