To express interest in becoming an exhibitor, please send an email to the Northern Virginia Dementia Care Consortium at nvdcc1@gmail.com. You will be contacted with registration instructions to reserve your table on or about September 12. We strive to have a variety of services and programs represented so tables will be allotted by category of services provided.
The cost for exhibitors is $150 for a 6’ table located inside the conference room allowing all to fully participate The cost includes conference registration and lunch for one representative from your organization. Payment is by credit card (the credit card fee is included in the table cost.) Please commit to staffing your table for the entire conference day. The last break will be at 2:30 with the conference ending at 3:30.
The conference brings together approximately 300 family caregivers and professionals who deal with caregiving issues related to dementia. This is a wonderful opportunity for you to showcase your services and products and how they can support persons with dementia, family members and caregivers. There will be ample time for conference participants to visit exhibitors. Exhibitors are also encouraged to provide door prizes such as gift certificates for their services or gift cards to local restaurants and retail stores. This is a great way to highlight your organization and make a caregiver happy at the same time.
