RSVP-Northern Virginia (Retired and Senior Volunteer Program), the region’s largest volunteer program for those 55 "and better," will be holding a free "Art of Volunteering in Retirement" seminar for seniors and retirees, Tuesday, Dec. 17, 2019, at the South County Government Center in the Alexandria Area of Fairfax County.
