Creating An Ethical Culture When You Serve Clients Who Have Personality Disorders presented by Jennifer L. FitzPatrick MSW, LCSW-C, CSP. According to the DSM-5, 15% of the population meet the criteria for a personality disorder. Working with clients who have narcissistic, borderline, histrionic and other personality disorder traits often present ethical challenges. This session will assist both leaders and team members in cultivating an ethical culture that is both proactive and responsive to such situations.
