Creating An Ethical Culture When You Serve Clients Who Have Personality Disorders presented by Jennifer L. FitzPatrick MSW, LCSW-C, CSP. According to the DSM-5, 15% of the population meet the criteria for a personality disorder. Working with clients who have narcissistic, borderline, histrionic and other personality disorder traits often present ethical challenges. This session will assist both leaders and team members in cultivating an ethical culture that is both proactive and responsive to such situations. Jenerations Health Education, #1494, is approved to offer social work continuing education by the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) Approved Continuing Education (ACE) program. Organizations, not individual courses, are approved as ACE providers. State and provincial regulatory boards have the final authority to determine whether an individual course may be accepted for continuing education credit. Jenerations Health Education maintains responsibility for this course. ACE provider approval period: 01/26/2021-01/26/24. Social Workers completing this course receive 1 Ethics continuing education credit.
