The annual dementia education conference is a program of the Piedmont Dementia Education Committee and is designed for caregivers, both family and professional, who support those living with dementia. Dementia is a condition that affects a person's memory, cognitive function, ability to perform everyday functions, and triggers a wide variety of other challenges. Though caregiving can be a truly joyful experience, there is no doubt that at times it can be difficult and stressful. The goal of the conference is to offer tools and guidance that support you in your caregiving venture.
If you would like to earn Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for your attendance at this conference there is a $35 fee along with the $25 conference fee ($60 total). Please be sure to register in the group entitled "Conference Registration with CEUs" ($60). **CEU Fee is nonrefundable and you must attend the full day to receive them. CEU certificate will be sent to the USPS mailing address you include in your registration form.
