Carol Hahn, MSN, RN, is the Community Educator at OPICA Adult Day Program & Counseling Center.  She is a Registered Nurse with over 35 years of varied health experience, a Registered Yoga Teacher and a Certified Personal Trainer.  She enjoys helping people with their fitness and wellness; using a holistic approach to improve balance, flexibility, strength, and quality of life. Carol conducts education programs on dementia and other geriatric topics in a variety of settings.  She is a Certified Dementia Practitioner and is a member of the American Holistic Nurses Association. 

Monica Moore, MSG is the Community Health Program Manager for the Mary S. Easton Center for Alzheimer’s Disease Research at UCLA and the Co-Director, Training and Education Activities, UCLA- California Alzheimer’s Disease Center.  She has worked in the field of aging and Alzheimer’s disease for 20 years focusing on community education and outreach and caregiver support.  She holds a Master’s Degree in Gerontology from California State University Long Beach and a certificate in Gerontology from Sonoma State University. 

Susan Howland is a Gerontologist and Program Director with the Alzheimer’s Association, California Southland Chapter. In this position, she is responsible for the delivery of care and support programs in the organization’s seven county territory. In addition to her role as Program Director, Susan is a Research Champion for Central and Southern California and delivers research related topics to the general public. Susan has worked in the field of aging and Alzheimer’s disease for over 25 years and has received numerous national awards recognizing her contribution to the field, including Rosalynn Carter Leadership in Caregiving Award for bringing the Savvy Caregiver Program to the State of California. She holds a Master’s Degree in Gerontology from the University of Southern California.
