At our cafés we help each other to make the most of life with Parkinson's.

Our cafés are an informal social alternative to support groups for people with Parkinson’s, their caregivers, as well as their families and friends - are all welcome. Join us for coffee and donuts, and to meet new friends.

Classes for Caregivers follow Cafe Fairfax from 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm
We are welcome to stay at Insight after the cafe, and participate in Classes for Caregivers a program offered at Insight Memory Care Center that is specifically designed to assist family caregivers on a variety of topics. All sessions are FREE, and held the third Wednesday of each month from 1:00 to 3:00 pm. Respite care may be available by request; please notify us when registering to confirm availability.
