Supervisory Training for Department Heads and Managers is a class specifically designed for working supervisors in long term care.  The material presented comes from real life supervisory challenges in assisted living and nursing homes.  The agenda includes specific, practical ways to handle challenges such as absenteeism, employees with performance or attitude issues, juggling multiple tasks and building a rewarding relationship with employees, co-workers, and your supervisor.
