Designed to provide you with an opportunity to chat,  exchange information and build relationships, our time together focuses on the positive with a brief story around a theme, a few questions for reflection, and a group discussion so each of you has an opportunity to converse and connect.  We’re better together and in times of duress, we need one another even more, so do come!
