THE JOB:
The primary role of the Account Executive entails:
Driving the Company’s assessment sales by building effective relationships with referral sources, focusing primarily on hospital discharge teams. Manage relationships and opportunities in a given geographical location/area.
Through phone and email campaigns, establish in-person meetings and lunch and learn events to promote value of DwellAssured’s assessments.
Target opportunities where you can interact with target market of older adults such as meeting groups sponsored by agencies and churches, virtual events focused on older adults, in person events focused on older adults and adult care givers etc.
Close Assessment sales to meet or exceed sales expectations
THE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Direct sales to targeted markets and close sales
Directly influence trusted advisors of older adults (discharge team, nurses, doctors, agencies focused on older adults) to increase sales opportunities of assessments.
Follow up on all marketing programs for direct sales.
Represent company at trade association meetings to promote services as needed.
Prepare ongoing forecasts showing prospects, probabilities, and win/loss analysis.

THE REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 3-7 years of experience in direct sales/business development with demonstrated consistent over-performance of goals.
Prior experience selling to the healthcare or medical industry required.
Need to be flexible and have demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with staff at all levels.
Must have excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines.
Must be detailed oriented, creative, and resourceful.
Must have strong problem solving and negotiation skills.
