Springwell Senior Living Community, offering full-service Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care, is seeking an experienced Activities Assistant to implement a vibrant schedule of activities and programs for our residents.
Springwell is a beautifully refurbished building on 15 acres in historic Mount Washington Village, close to the Baltimore City/County line. A high school education, good organizational skills, an outgoing personality and two or more years experience in a related field are required. Basic technology skills preferred. Applicant should be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed. Primary responsibilities will include conducting and directing activities and encouraging resident participation. The Activities Assistant must be an engaging communicator and caring customer service champion who wants to be part of something exceptional at Springwell.
