Encore is passionate about improving the lives of our residents and is searching for a Community Relations Associate who shares this mission!

Responsibilities and Duties

Responsibilities:

  • Increase occupancy for a high end Assisted Living community

  • Direct and implement a strategic marketing plan to increase occupancy, including planned events, website positioning and social media presence.

  • Strong external business development skills and successful track record of account management.

  • Experience using a CRM and strong lead base management skills.

  • Assess the senior housing industry and surrounding senior living competitors to strategize an effective sales and marketing plan to remain the premiere choice for assisted living.

  • Manage lead base and assess sales efforts to properly move the lead base into move ins.

  • Conduct tours and other sales activities as needed.

    Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in marketing) or with courses that establish knowledge of business, sales, motivation, communication and related marketing skills.

  • Minimum of two (2) years of previous sales experience required, preferably in the Senior Living industry with significant level of responsibility and accountability for goal achievement.

  • Knowledgeable of the sales process

  • Computer proficiency with ability to learn new applications; previous knowledge of client relationship management tool for tracking leads preferred.

  • Exceptional organizational, time and project management skills

  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

  • Strategic Brand Knowledge with experience in digital marketing

  • High level of financial acumen

  • Ability to speak and write effectively to present information, solutions and benefits.

  • Ability to sell effectively and to close transactions

  • Ability to articulate our products, services, solutions and value to prospects and professional referral partners
