LionHeart Eldercare & Consulting is seeking an experienced professional or Registered Nurse to provide care management to older adults in the Northern Virginia area.

This is an hourly position with generous compensation and a 401k. In this position you have the opportunity to set your own schedule and hours. Ideally, you will be available to work 25-30 hours per week including some weekends, holidays or “on-call” as necessary for client safety. Hours will increase as case load increases.

Candidates must have strong interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills, good record keeping, and the ability to set priorities and meet goals.

Only candidates who CURRENTLY RESIDE IN NORTHERN VIRGINIA will be considered. Must have a computer and ability to maintain electronic records. Use of personal car is required. Appropriate licensure and car insurance required. Bachelor's degree and one to three years of relevant experience. Experience in geriatric care management, health care, medical social work or case management preferred.
