Description: Growing Rockville, Md based Homecare Agency, 3 locations in Md & DC. 

Education/Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications preferred Min six to eight years work experience required. ClearCare experience a plus Job Type: Full-time (locations NW DC and/or Rockville, Md) Salary Range: $45,000.00 to $60,000.00 /year 

Qualifications: This role is a multifaceted position requiring the ability to manage and streamline all functions for the assigned clients. Time management is an important skill in this role. This role is responsible to be the eyes, ears and voice for SmithLife Homecare with clients by phone managing, monitoring and tracking all business interactions including but not limited to communications, implementations, contracts and issues resolution. This role requires calling homecare clients and their families to assess if there are any issues with the care that is being provided. Communicating this to the scheduling team or the DOCR or Administrator depending on the concerns. Must be self starter, outgoing, confident to take next steps without told. 

Reports to: Administrator/Director of Community Relations/HR 

Primary Duties: The following duties and responsibilities mostly reflect the expectations of this position, but are not intended to be all inclusive: 

• Communicate successfully by answering phone calls/emails from assigned clients 

• Communicate findings with the Administrator and Director of Community Relations 

• Research and problem solve client complaints/proactive, next step w/o being asked 

• Strong knowledge of marketing and prior experience with CRM’s and social media 

• Must have social media and digital marketing skills. CRM skills 

• Help coordinate onsite and offsite marketing meetings and marketing events 

• Phone Liaison between the client and SLHC. Serve as lead POC for all new client account management 

• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions to the client’s needs 

• Grow business relationships with current clients, ensure new referral partnerships 

• Participation in some off-site marketing & weekend Marketing Programs are required 

• Client Account Management and knowledge of marketing tactics 

• Great problem-solving skills and customer service skills 

• Proficient in photo and editing software such as Adobe 

• Some working knowledge of back end of web design management 

• Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel and Word. 

• Ability to identify long term trends in data management 

• Excellent, collaborative, inclusive internal & external communication skills 

• Experience working with a content management system (Constant Contact) (Clear care) 

• Strong project management skills, prior experience in newsletter productions a plus
