We have an exceptional opportunity for a Community Outreach Liaison with a passion for marketing in healthcare services. The main focus for this position is to increase census goals with healthcare services for The Village at Augsburg through increasing market awareness of the community and building relationships with physician groups as referral sources. Maintain leads and assist families with clear expectations of the admission process

Requirements

You will need 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing and/or community relations in a long-term care, health care or service-related environment preferred with demonstrated success. You will also need to be Customer service oriented, hospitality-minded, assertive, relational, enthusiastic, efficient, organized, goal-directed, detail-oriented, and experienced giving presentations. Public speaking skills and strong written and oral communication skills are a must. Experience with CRM and point click care would be a plus!
