Montcordia is seeking person-centered individuals interested in working with older adults to accompany them in social activities in their home and/or their community. Our Companions take clients on social outings, facilitate video calls, participate in clients' hobbies, shop with and also accompany clients on errands. This position does notinclude helping with ADL's (activities of daily living, like dressing and bathing). Reliable and empathetic people who have flexible schedules, excellent interpersonal skills, reliable transportation, will work with our clients residing in Montgomery County, D.C, Loudoun County, VA, and Fairfax County, VA.
We have positions for people with and without certifications and part and full time positions available. We pay $23/hr and have great benefits!

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must have a valid drivers license and a reliable car to transport clients.
Must be comfortable with cats and dogs
Must be willing to get the COVID-19 vaccine (and one booster) or already be vaccinated (accomodation available)
Must be willing to get a yearly flu shot (accomodation available)
