What we are looking for:

Ability to uphold our core values and follow policies and procedures. Must be able to take initiative to always find a way to say yes to both our residents and staff. Able to handle difficult or emotional situations shows respect and sensitivity for cultural differences and adheres to the resident’s bill of rights.

What you will do:

Responsible for the overall management and coordination of:

  • Help orientate new residents to the Community
  • Transportation/Valet 
  • Security
  • Front Desk/Hospitality 
  • the Little Store
  • Programs & Special Events
  • Chaplains office  
  • Fitness & Aquatics Center
  • Beauty Salon
  • Able to create opportunities for residents to interact with each other and harbor a communal sense of living.

What you will do:

Responsible for the overall management and coordination of the Transportation/Valet, Security, Front Desk/Hospitality, the Little Store, Independent Living activities, and the Chaplains office.  Able to create opportunities for residents to interact with each other and harbor a communal sense of living.

Qualifications:

Education:      Bachelor’s degree required. 

Experience:    Three to five years providing supervision in a senior living setting

Other:             Must be able to respond to concerns/emergencies in a timely manner during non-traditional working hours.
