The Director of Human Resources will guide and manage the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs. The Director is responsible for policies and programs covering employment, compensation, benefits, performance management, employee relations, recruiting and retention, safety, and compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. The HR Director collaborates with leadership teams to implement HR programs and services to meet the current and long term needs of the community.

Education / Experience: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required. 5+ years in similar Human Resources Manager position with management responsibilities. Must possess a strong working knowledge of HR practices and employee relations, be a motivated team-player, excel in multi-tasking, have excellent communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office products.

PHR, SPHR, HRCI, or similar HR certification preferred.
