Ingleside Engaged Living has retained LeaderStat Premier to assist them in identifying a dynamic Director of Nursing to lead Westminster Lake Ridge’s Skilled Nursing Center. Major Duties include:

• Supervises the delivery of all nursing operations and functions of Health Center on a daily basis and ensures effective and efficient resident care.
• Assures the Nursing Department complies with all state, federal and OSHA health regulations/standards on a daily basis.
• Acts as a leader and manager of assigned positions; ensuring productivity, efficiency and accuracy in work performed.
• Maintains professional presence when representing Westminster Lake Ridge; exhibits degree of professionalism consistent with standards in performance, behavior, and appearance.

Director of Nursing Qualifications:

• Seven (7) years progressive nursing experience including management level in health care setting, preferably long-term care.
• BSN required, MSN Preferred
• Certification in Gerontology preferred
• Virginia/Compact State Registered Nurse (RN) license current and in good standing required.
