THE JOB:
The Director of Sales will:
Establish and maintain a referral network pipeline for assessments
Drive the Company’s assessment sales program by building effective relationships with referral sources, focusing primarily on hospitals’ discharge teams
Develop and implement the statewide direct sales programs for new new market segments (adult children etc.)
Manage team to ensure successful achievement of sales activities
THE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives.
Direct sales to targeted markets and exceed sales projections.
Develop and manage sales operating budgets.
Develop and manage sales plans, objectives, and milestones.
Manage and direct a sales team to ensure successful completion of goals and objectives.
Work closely with marketing team to collaborate and coordinate sales/marketing initiatives.
Achieve all sales objectives within budget.
Monitor competitor solutions, sales and marketing activities.
Representing company at trade association meetings to promote services as needed.
Develop scalable procedures for sales.
Preparing ongoing forecasts showing prospects, probabilities, and win/loss analysis.

THE REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 10 years of experience in direct sales/business development with demonstrated consistent over-performance of goals.
Successful experience managing and growing a sales team.
Prior experience selling to the healthcare or medical industry required.
Need to be flexible and have demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with staff at all levels.
Must have excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines.
Must be detailed oriented, creative, and resourceful.
Must have strong problem solving and negotiation skills.
