Harmony Senior Services is currently seeking an experienced Executive Director for The Crossings at Springhill. The Crossings at Springhill is a state-of-the-art senior living community, providing a great lifestyle and the best in Assisted Living and Memory Care. The Executive Director is responsible for overseeing the overall operation and management of the community to include the marketing and sales, business operations, and financial functions.


  • A Bachelor's degree with 5 or more years experience in managing an assisted living and memory care
  • Must be a licensed Assisted Living Administrator in the state of Virginia
  • Management experience to include supervision of staff, interviewing and hiring, coaching, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Previous food and beverage and fine dining experience required.
  • Proven ability to manage resident relationships and committees.
  • Demonstrated success in managing operating expenses.
  • Must have a strong sales and marketing background in senior living.
  • Ability to identify and build relationships within the local area that drives business into the community, as well as maximize revenue
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills for effective communication and the ability to facilitate small group presentations.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to include days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
