Overview

We are looking for a Licensed Assisted Living Administrator/Director who is focused on quality service for our residents, their families, and our staff.  We will only accept quality, truly caring staff.  

Our home is safer, offers more amenities and is positioned to be the highest quality assisted living in Northern Virginia.

With the best facility and tools in place, we are looking for an Executive Director to manage the operations; one that understands our values and passion for creating exceptional experiences for our residents. 

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of resident care

• Hire, train and maintain adequate staffing

• Implement Evermore’s policies and goals

• Develop, administer, and maintain a calendar of events and activities to promote a healthy, active lifestyle for our residents

• Act as a liaison with hospital personnel, physicians, community organizations, and other health-related service agencies to provide optimum care to the residents

• Act as a resource person for the staff, residents and their families

• Ensure all Federal and State regulations governing resident care are closely monitored and carried out

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unrestricted Assisted Living Administrator's License in the State of Virginia

• Experience in assisted living and care preferred

• Experience in memory care preferred

• High level communication skills, both verbal and written 

• Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel) with the ability to learn new applications

• Evermore Senior Living maintains a drug-free work environment, and all offers of employment are conditional on successfully completing and passing a background and drug and alcohol test
