Forest Hill Heights is a community that specializes in Memory Care and Assisted Living with enhanced services. This NEW expansion has us looking for LPN’s to join our team.

The LPN will be responsible for the following:

• Administrating and documenting of prescribed medications and treatments
• Assessing the residences condition daily
• Maintaining resident medical records
• Assuring the safety, security and wellbeing of residents and coworkers daily

Requirements:

• Licensed Practical Nurse, in good standing
