Forest Hills of DC, a senior living campus with a 130-year tradition of caring for seniors, is currently seeking an experienced and DYNAMICSALES PROFESSIONAL to lead the amazing sales team on our campus. This position is responsible for (but not limited to) assisting seniors and their loved ones to find the perfect living style within our continuum of care. This person will conduct tours with prospective residents and families, review admission qualifications for appropriateness and provide timely and appropriate follow-up.
Responsibilities also include:
· Maintaining or exceeding budgeted census within each community
· Working closely with clinical staff regarding the assessment of potential residents
· Completion of accurate paperwork for each resident prior to move-in
· Collaboration with staff on all admission operations, including data entry, census data reporting, and follow-up
Requirements
· Minimum 5 years of experience in sales; senior living preferred, but not required
· Proven sales acumen and record
· Platinum level customer service skills
· A willingness to embrace the mission of our organization and our culture of caring
