Responsibilities:

  • You will need to be a motivated self-starter, who can identify what needs to get done as well as complete projects with minimal supervision
  • Keep Executive's calendar, schedule appointments, make reservations, manage correspondence make travel arrangements, pack for trips, plan events.
  • Review and organize emails, calendars, plan daily activities and errands and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner. 
  • Manage and track pertinent information on behalf of the executive
  • Work may include household organization and upkeep, light cleaning, occasional events planning and execution, some driving duties, etc. 
  • Run ad hoc errands 
  • Must be technologically savvy, proficient with Outlook, Excel, and Word, familiar with iPads, iPhones

Hours:
20 hours per week covering possible weekend needs.

Required characteristics and skills:

  • Able to work with individual who is always on the go and has quick conversations
  • Must have a positive attitude, organizational and creative problem-solving skills, be adaptable to change
  • Have excellent time management skills and ability to work under time pressure
  • Have great attention to detail
  • Have good speaking and writing skills and be proficient on a computer
  • Enjoy household management
  • Respect privacy and confidentiality 

Prior experience as a personal assistant/household assistant, executive assistant or in some other position of trust where you have supported an executive/owner
Bachelor's degree is a plus
