The Regional Community Liaison is responsible for establishing strong relationships within the senior care community and in turn, driving revenue for Capital City Nurses (CCN). These responsibilities are managed through proactive sales calls, attending networking events, and keeping abreast of potential sales opportunities within the industry. This position represents CCN’s commitment to providing the best service in home care.

Responsibilities:

  •  Develop advanced understanding of home care needs for the senior community.
  •  Continuously build a network and pipeline of prospective referral sources and partnerships for CCN.
  •  Perform daily prospect visits to physician offices, hospitals, assisted living and skilled nursing facilities to educate and inform on CCN’s services.
  •  Meet sales expectations as it pertains to weekly and monthly sales calls, visits, and networking events.
  •  Manage accounts, leads, and related activities within company systems and processes.
  •  Represent CCN at industry and chamber group events.
  •  Talk with prospects and families about their needs and discuss options that CCN offers.
  •  Prepare proposals and presentations using CCN marketing materials.
  •  Provide support to Client Relations Manager when necessary in completing new client intake/information.
  •  Work collaboratively with Nursing and Client Care Managers within CCN’s allied companies.
  •  Provide guidance to families on the best business model/services to meet their needs.
  •  Analyze system reports for new cases by week, which referral sources are increasing/decreasing. Compare month to month results to develop strategy.
  •  Keep abreast of trends in the industry and identify new opportunities for CCN.
  •  Field sales calls and discuss opportunities that are brought to CCN.
  •  Identify interesting and appropriate social media content. Collaborate with established vendors to publish on social media platforms.
  •  Support Director of Business Development on project related work.

Qualifications:

  •  One + year experience in a proactive sales role
  •  Excellent client/customer service skills with experience in building relationships
  •  Previous CRM experience preferred
  •  Previous industry experience preferred (pharmaceutical sales, hospice, home health, etc.)
  •  Previous computer expertise, ability to troubleshoot, knowledge of computer programs, and proficiency with MS Office products

Education:

  •  Related college degree preferred
