Retirement Unlimited, Inc., a premier provider of Residential Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care is seeking a Regional Director of Sales and Business Development for the Northern Virginia/Richmond Market! 

The Regional Director of Sales and Business Development is responsible for all sales and census development for the communities within the assigned region. We are a company dedicated to quality and built on a strong foundation of family, community, long-term commitment, and entrepreneurial spirit.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provides hiring, and training oversight to Sales and Marketing Directors and support in collaboration with Executive Directors.
  • Observe and coach sales teams. 
  • CRM System management
  • Develops relationships with professional referral sources and networking.
  • Oversees and Develops physician network with the Directors of Sales.
  • Reviews competitive analysis with Directors of Sales
  • Management of care managers and outside paid referral agencies
  • Develops hospital relationships.
  • Designs, implements and monitors Census Development strategies.
  • Plan and implement event calendars to bring in prospective residents and professionals, in partnership with our signature programs.
  • Implement and review marketing planning with Vice President of Sales

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  •  Must possess strong leadership skills with an aptitude for creating and incorporating sales strategies and concepts along with ability to suggest/implement operational refinement to maximize return.
  •  Five (5) years' experience in the healthcare field with knowledge of marketing and an emphasis on sales preferred.
  •  Must possess good communication skills with the ability to speak in public.
  •  Ability to deal effectively with the public, professionals, associates, and the aged.
  • Must be customer service driven, self-motivated, assertive, decisive, and well organized.
  •  Moderate to extensive travel throughout the state is required.
