Our client's Senior Living community is actively searching for their next Resident Wellness Director. This hands-on position directs the personal care of the residents of our Assisted Living and Adult Day Care all while delivering excellence in all facets of a healthy and happy lifestyle!

Resident Wellness Director Responsibilities:

• Leads nursing department ensuring quality care for all community residents
• Oversight of resident care charting ensuring compliance with medication management and resident safety
• Assesses incoming prospective residents to appropriately assign care level

Resident Wellness Director Qualifications:

• LPN/LVN Nursing License - valid and in good standing
• 5+ years of senior living employment in a community setting
• Ability to cover shifts evenings or weekends if necessary
• Valid Driver's License and ability to travel within the community for assessments

Resident Wellness Director Benefits:

• Salary range of $85-$95K
