Medicare Portal is looking for a Sales Associate who has a strong work ethic that can take advantage of this rapidly expanding market. We are looking for candidates with strong leadership skills who excel in a fun and fast-paced, hardworking environment, and who want to work with an emerging industry leader.

About Medicare Portal:

Based in Tysons Corner, Virginia, we are an independent Medicare insurance agency that provides no-cost education, enrollment and lifetime support to current and future Medicare beneficiaries.

Responsibilities:

• Work directly with the president of Medicare Portal
• Work remotely with occasional in-person opportunities
• Conduct virtual and in-person presentations for Medicare education and enrollment
• Assist clients during the entire Medicare enrollment process
• Initiate post-enrollment, follow up with clients
• Manage clients and prospects with company-provided CRM
• Understand and comply with all CMS policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Current Licensed Health Insurance Agent
• AHIP Certified

Required Skills/ Abilities:

• Experienced in sales and customer service
• Dependable and follows through on commitments
• Works independently as well as working in a team environment
• Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar software
• Maintain a high level of professionalism
• History of building strong relationships
• Understand the importance of acting with integrity

Compensation:

Salary + Commission + Bonus
