Grand Oaks is a beautiful Assisted Living community nestled in the tree-lined streets of Northwest Washington, D.C. on the campus of Sibley Memorial Hospital. The building is a Georgian style residence with spacious apartments and variety of services to help every resident from independent living through memory care for those living with memory disorders and Alzheimer’s disease. The Sales Counselor manages, organizes and completes all necessary steps in the sales process in order to meet, or exceed, the sales goals set by the Director of Sales. As an integral part of the marketing team this position, helps to promote our community at planned events on and off campus, as well as completed duties necessary to implement our strategic marketing plan. Completes all necessary sales follow-throughs utilizing our CRM; works collaboratively with the Grand Oaks team.

  8. Demonstration of proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office & Grand Oaks applications with the ability to learn new applications.
  9. Willingness to work independently with little to no day-to-day supervision.
  10. As applicable, all Grand Oaks team members who drive a Grand Oaks vehicle must review and sign the Driver job description and understand the key essential duties for safety and regulatory compliance.
  11. Ability to work weekends, evenings and flexible hours, available for our customers at peak service delivery days and times.


  1. College degree preferred.
  2. Successful marketing and sales experience.
