We seek an energetic, dedicated, and experienced Sales Director for Assisted and Independent Living community in Virginia. Our client offers a home-like environment, top-notch care, compassion and dignity for their aging residents. Reporting to the Executive Director this individual will work closely with the move-in coordinator to support a successful transition for the residents of this property.
This community seeks a self-starter who wants to work hard and reap the benefits of their tenacity. In addition to a comfortable base salary, your increasing of census will allow you the opportunity for great bonus potential and even opportunity to grow with the company.
Sales Director Responsibilities:
Effectively use CRM to organize your lead base
Increase census through community outreach, lead generation and closing sales
You will supervise the move-in coordinator
Network with local hospitals, doctors offices and rehab centers
You will host special events and expand brand recognition throughout the local area
Sales Director Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree - preferred
Minimum 2 -3 years Sales experience in Assisted Living, Independent Living, Home Health or Hospice
We seek a detail oriented sales driven individual who enjoys the hunt and closing the sale
You will bring your “A” game, energy and entrepreneurial spirit
Experience working with CRM technology
Valid driver’s license
Sales Director will receive:
Base Salary $58,000- 62,000 (DOE)
Great Bonus potential (multi-level tiered
