Roles and Responsibilities
Team Members will work alongside Project Managers to support clients in downsizing efforts and ensure low-stress transitions to their new residences.
Assist in executing project plans under the direction of the Project Manager
Strategically sort and pack client belongings
Unpack and organize client belongings in a functional manner
Assist in training new hires
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Customer service experience
Emotional intelligence (i.e. empathy and intuition)
Strong communication and listening skills
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to maintain composure and offer constructive solutions when problems arise
Ability to work efficiently on independent tasks while maintaining a cohesive approach with other team members to ensure a positive outcome for the client
Present professional appearance, positive attitude and behavior to customers and employees
Arrive on time to job sites equipped with appropriate tools

Reliable personal vehicle

Ability to lift 25 pounds
Above average physical stamina - duties include standing, lifting, carrying, reaching, bending and long days
No preexisting injuries and/or physical limitations that inhibit performance of the duties listed above
