Roles and Responsibilities

Team Members will work alongside Project Managers to support clients in downsizing efforts and ensure low-stress transitions to their new residences. 

• Assist in executing project plans under the direction of the Project Manager

• Strategically sort and pack client belongings

• Unpack and organize client belongings in a functional manner

• Assist in training new hires

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Customer service experience 

• Emotional intelligence (i.e. empathy and intuition)

• Strong communication and listening skills 

• Excellent organizational skills

• Ability to maintain composure and offer constructive solutions when problems arise

• Ability to work efficiently on independent tasks while maintaining a cohesive approach with other team members to ensure a positive outcome for the client

• Present professional appearance, positive attitude and behavior to customers and employees

• Arrive on time to job sites equipped with appropriate tools

• Practice Wise Moves Core Values of patience, respect, honesty, integrity, confidentiality, personalized service and teamwork at all times

• Reliable personal vehicle

• Personal cell phone and computer

• Ability to lift 25 pounds

• Above average physical stamina - duties include standing, lifting, carrying, reaching, bending and long days

• No preexisting injuries and/or physical limitations that inhibit performance of the duties listed above
