Client Services Staffing Coordinator

HomeCare.com is looking for a Client Services Staffing Coordinator.  This position will require an organized, driven, dynamic, detail oriented, flexible team player to staff cases quickly and efficiently.  We are looking for someone with prior staffing experience.  Knowledge of the homecare industry is a plus.  The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for matching caregivers with families based on their unique requests.  The Staffing Coordinator oversees our network of Caregivers and recruits and confirms the Caregivers availability to start working on jobs.  We need someone with excellent communication skills and flexibility to work after hours/weekends as needed to ensure families will have a caregiver when needed.   

Primary Responsibilities:

Handles all matters relating to caregivers.

Returns phone calls in a professional manner and fields calls appropriately.          

Identifies Caregivers to go out on interviews/cases.

Coordinates Caregiver getting to cases/interviews.

Communicates details of case with caregivers and match appropriately to what the family needs are.

Follows-up with Caregivers on initial meeting with family.

Updates Caregiver Information in Salesforce.

Obtains Payment information from Caregivers.

Checks to make sure the caregiver has the appropriate licensing for a case.

Submits Background Checks for Caregivers.

Communicates to the team any issues with staffing the case (location, # of Caregivers, hours, pay rate).

Sends information to the scheduled caregiver(s) by phone and via e-mail when assigning a new shift. Including any information relevant to the client and their location.  Confirm with the caregiver that they have received the information. Confirmations should be in writing or recorded if given verbally over the phone.

If shifts are cancelled, contact the caregiver until confirmation received by phone, then text, then e-mail. Updates Salesforce with a note that Caregiver was made aware of change.

Schedules backup care, fill-in shifts, and no shows.

Be available for on-call backup care staffing evenings/weekends.

Updates Salesforce with notes in the event that anything changes in care needs and documents any issues with Caregivers.

Participates in daily stand up meetings and reports dispositions of all cases that are being worked on to Supervisor.


Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

At least one year of prior staffing experience required.

Knowledge of Homecare industry is a plus.

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

High School Diploma/College Degree Preferred.

Must be able to learn and utilize our Internet-based client management software (Salesforce.com).

Must be able to prioritize, work with minimal supervision, and be a good communicator.

Compensation

The Client Services Staffing Coordinator will start with a competitive base salary and will be eligible for quarterly, performance-based bonuses.

The Company does not currently offer health benefits at this time; however, we do provide pre-tax healthcare savings program.
