In this role, you will be the designated associate helping our Members, Associates and families feel confident with and enjoy technology. For us it is about working with people who take great pride in their work and are skilled in problem solving software, hardware, mobile devices, internet, call systems, television & cable, tablets and appliances/devices. We are looking to meet people who agree that a skilled technology concierge is one of the most important components in our operation. The right person for us will be kind, patient and extremely well organized and will be committed to providing extraordinary service. This person will have the ability to swiftly provide resolutions to a wide variety of technical problems with compassion, patience, and a high level of hospitality.

Job Requirements

  • Broad technical knowledge base across multiple operating systems and manufacture devices
  • Ability to organize and deliver interesting technology sessions
  • 6+ months experience diagnosing, troubleshooting, or repairing technology products
  • Experience actively using and learning about consumer electronics
  • Strong ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to resolve problems with a high level of hospitality
  • Able to work weekends and holidays
  • Excellent work ethic
  • Excellent communication skills
