The community is located in the Lansdowne area of Baltimore County, easily accessible from I-695 and Hollins Ferry Road. Shopping, places of worship, a library, a senior center and recreational activities are located nearby.

Kessler Park is a tax-credit community and offers affordable apartments to older adults with low to moderate income. Section 8 vouchers are accepted, but not required.
