Strategies for Independent Living, LLC is a design/build construction company specializing in Aging in Place and Universal Design. Steve Hage, the owner, has spent his career in the residential remodeling industry, with a 24 year focus on services for seniors and people with disabilities.

Strategies recognizes that the family plays a central role in the process. Our mission is to assist them in their home modification decisions by identifying issues and educating families on the wide variety of solutions. Taking the time to look at the "big picture" and consider all options will prevent rushed and often expensive results.
