Buffalo Valley Lutheran Village is proud to celebrate a 30-year tradition of providing exceptional care and service to area older adults. From our origin as a neighborhood nursing home, our campus has expanded greatly over the decades to respond to the changing needs and desires of seniors in our local community. Today, Buffalo Valley Lutheran Village offers a full continuum of care, including engaging senior living accommodations, a well-appointed and service-rich personal care center, and short-term rehabilitation and traditional nursing delivered within a brand-new, state-of-the-art health care center.
As a not-for-profit, Continuing Care Retirement Community, Buffalo Valley Lutheran Village is committed to delivering quality care and accommodations to those we serve. Buffalo Valley provides our residents and their families with a plan for the future—and the peace of mind from knowing that compassionate care and support will be available as health-care needs change.
A sister corporation, Diakon Child, Family & Community Ministries, provides a wide range of services for children, youths, families, and communities, including adoption, foster care, family counseling and programs for at-risk youths. Annually, Diakon serves thousands of people of all faiths, offering compassionate service, gracious hospitality and charitable care.
In response to God’s love in Jesus Christ, Diakon will demonstrate God’s command to love the neighbor through acts of service.
