Jimmy Buffett Develops Retirement Community - What Will Be Next?

Latitude Margaritaville, will be an "active adult community," a.k.a. a retirement community for those 55 and older, is being developed in Daytona Beach.  We area huge fan of this concept and hope it leads to more enthusiast-based, celebrity endorsed housing options.  We feel that its much better to gather older adults around something they are passionate about instead of age and/or disability.
