Paragon Assisted Living Announces New Assisted Living Administrator

Fannie Halton, who has been serving as Acting Administrator since November 2021, has accepted the role of full-time Administrator effective April 25

Paragon Assisted Living, LLC announces the addition of Fannie Halton to its executive leadership team. She will join the company as Administrator (ALFA) to oversee operations of the McLean and Falls Church communities.

Halton brings a wealth of experience in the assisted living industry, having served as Administrator for facilities of all sizes for the past 16 years, most recently serving as Nursing Home Administrator for Arcola Health and Rehabilitation, a 152-bed facility in Silver Spring, MD.

In addition to her extensive experience as an Administrator, she has also served as Preceptor and consultant, helping to train numerous Administrators and guiding new facility operators through the licensure and start-up phase of the business. She was the initial consultant and Acting Administrator for the launch of The Potomac House operations in 2017, prior to its acquisition by Paragon Assisted Living

in 2020. “Fannie was instrumental in helping us to launch our communities in 2020 and has been invaluable in guiding us during the height of the pandemic and again to fill-in during our search for a new Administrator,” says Juan Tuason, President and Managing Partner of Paragon Assisted Living. “Working with Fannie over the past two years made it evident that we shared both a passion for the residential assisted living model and a focus on building strong care teams that form the foundation for creating joyful and engaged communities.
