People on the Move - Peggy Donohue Receives Leadership Award

Peggy Donohue, manager of home health operations at Seabrook Retirement Community, was honored this March as Seabrook’s nominee for Erickson Living’s 2016 leadership award at its corporate meeting in Baltimore, Maryland. Selected for her exceptional leadership qualities, Donohue has a reputation for bringing out the best in her team by creating an open, supportive and welcoming environment.

Donohue, a resident of Farmingdale, New Jersey, leads the Medicare-certified skilled nursing and therapy team at Seabrook. The team provides intermittent, skilled, short-term care to residents who are facing a medical or functional challenge to their well-being.

Seabrook is one of 19 continuing care retirement communities managed by Erickson Living. The scenic 98-acre campus is located in Tinton Falls, New Jersey, and is home to more than 1,400 residents.
