  In addition to the EstateMAX sales and property services, since 1999 EstateMAX has provided comprehensive Transitions and Move Management. These personalized services are contracted by the project, or by the task and include:

  • Working with our client, as possible, or their family or personal representative, we perform:

  • A downsizing and move out schedule. The “Trans-ACT-ON” plan-

  • Whole home downsizing. Room by room, packing what is to be moved out, and reorganizing the rest for a future downsizing sale. Removal of unwanted items to auction, in the case a sale cannot be held in the home-

  • Complete inventory of items to be moved-

  • Interviewing moving companies, Hiring on behalf of client, as needed

  • Moving Day Liaison-

  • Removal of packed items to storage, to a POD or final move to a new home-

  • Furniture layout on new home floor plan, to expedite unloading and placement at the new home.This eliminates moving  unnecessary pieces of furniture-

  • Coordination with Assisted Living or Nursing Home Personnel to schedule move in or move-out-

  • Staging existing home for best presentation of home-working with the realtor, as requested-

  • Complete setup and organization in new home-
