Gloria Dei Towers provides safe, affordable housing for seniors, age 62 or better. The Towers is non-profit and HUD-subsidized for the benefit of residents with low, very low and extremely low incomes. Rents are based on a percentage of each individual household income, and electric, gas, water and sewer utilities are included.

Located in Huntingdon Valley, Montgomery County, PA, close to the northwest border of Philadelphia, PA, the Towers has 175 comfortable, easy to maintain efficiency and one bedroom apartments featuring wall to wall carpets, vinyl flooring and updated kitchens. Each apartment is equipped with two emergency call systems to alert our 24-hour on-site non-medical staff when emergency aid is needed.

You can enjoy the peaceful, suburban setting or take a quick stroll to nearby stores and restaurants in the village of Bethayres. Great shopping is also available minutes away at the Willow Grove Park Mall and the many shopping centers along Roosevelt Boulevard. Our 14-passenger community bus makes weekly trips to nearby grocery stores, banks, and shopping centers, as well as special outings arranged by management.

SEPTA 24 bus stops at our front door, and local train transportation to Center City Philadelphia and beyond is less than a half mile away.
