Snow Hill Nursing and Rehabilitation Center has proudly served the Eastern Shore of Maryland and Virginia for over 30 years. Nestled along the banks of the Pocomoke River, the town of Snow Hill, located in Worcester County, Maryland, serves as the County Seat. The quaint downtown district traces its rich history over 300 years.

We are a licensed skilled nursing facility and offer 24 hour care under the supervision of registered nurses.  The facility’s unique mission architecture is blended with modern amenities to accommodate superior healthcare services. Consistent with the small town feel, our intimate size allows our caregivers the unique opportunity to truly know each resident, their history and family, resulting in a holistic approach to providing care.
