Primarily, Michael is responsible for the 15 For Me® program which is an evidenced-based solution for employee turnover and stress reduction. Michael received his doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from Marymount University, is a Certified Exercise Expert for Older Adults as well as a Certified Health Coach through the National Society of Health Coaches for licensed healthcare professionals. Prior to working at BCAT®, he served as a Clinical Director for one of the nation’s largest contract rehab companies.
