Questions Asked

• I don’t play games, because I don’t understand games.  I am confused about what is needed or what happens that the movements of the person looking at the screen are tracked.  How does that happen?
• Do you need a special web camera?
• How do you know which movements to make?
• Does the program take into account age or, for instance, total joint replacements and other issues that may impact the ability to do exercises?
• when new games are added, do they automatically include in a person's program?
• Sounds good.  At age 77 with four total joint replacements, this will be interesting.
