I’ve found that it helps my mental acuity and it is also great entertainment. Once you get going, there are multiplayer games that you can join with other people in the gaming world. Any grandchild can teach you the basics of video gaming.

I learn to do what a want, but introduce myself at a "techno-dinosaur" when I call for any kind of tech support. It generates a chuckle and a lot more patience
