For instance the state of Delaware will waive the requirements if the resident is admitted within 30 days.

12:54:18     From  Mark Bobotek : In Maryland the only way to get Medicaid for home and community services without the long waiting list is to get qualified for Medicaid in a nursing home first. Then you can drop down to assisted living or home care. This is rarely actually done.
