  • Where. are Steve, Jan - and Daniel located?
  • If items need to be repaired or restored, what shuold the seller do and where can the seller find resources for this?
  • What is the cost involved with this service?
  • Do you ever provide support to downsizers to record the stories of the Things they are willing to or must let go of?
  • Some of us live in apartment or condo buildings that wouldn't allow (or at least would make it very awkward) to have an estate sale onsite.  What do you do in such situations?

  • Do you refer a professional organizer you like to your client?
  • What is the best practice, method or resources for Decluttering at the front end? (to Prepare for downsizing.) That's where we are - too much stuff accumulated over the years!
  • what's your hourly rate for appraising?
  • What if you only have a few valuable items that you want to sell and not enough for a full estate sell?  How do you sell these few items in downsizing?
  • How do you go about selling large full collections of items - for example clocks or royal collectibles?
  • I have an odd one—a liquor collection I inherited in the early 1970’s of unopened scotch, cognac, etc. It’s been kept in a cool, dry, dark area all these years. I can’t sell it without a liquor license - can you handle that type of product?
