The primary function of the Admissions Assistant is to provide administrative and marketing support for the Admission & Marketing Department. Responsibilities - include but not limited to: coordinate all admissions, including generating and obtaining all paperwork; communicating with resident/patient, family and staff and appropriate follow-up; assist in tours to potential residents/patients & their family members; and provide data entry support.

Qualifications:
  • 2 years or more experience in an administrative/marketing role
  • Customer service oriented
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven skill set in building relationships with residents & family members.
  • Oriented to working with interdisciplinary team
  • Computer savvy with experience in working with admissions and/or marketing software programs
  • Detailed oriented
  • Demonstrate ability to work in a fast pace environment and adapt to a flexible work schedule
  • Associate or Bachelor degree in a related field preferred
